Smart Rod Cutting & Chamfering machine

The purpose is as follows:

 1. The container diameter Ø 2 to 25 mm/Ø length minimum 100 up to 600 mm

3. The chamfer Angle: 60 ~ 135 ˚ adjustable (according to the grinding wheel Angle)

4. Used to cut off tungsten carbide rod and chamfer

5. Touch screen and simple user interface can increase productivity and save manpower

6. Automatic calculation function also has incoming material screening and grinding wheel wear compensation function

7. When changing grinding wheel, the machine can automatically cut off power to protect the user's safety

8. The machine is equipped with lighting and reserved for the hole of the fan

9. The spindle of the workpiece is the same as that of the grinding wheel

10. Cutting length tolerance: +-0.05mm
